About Chef Ryan Smith
From One Night Ramen Stand, Apocalypse Sow, 100 Pounds of Tuna and Crabs Against Humanity (hint: humanity won), there's nothing Chef Ryan loves more than bringing people together for a limited-time-only, seriously epic and probably slightly crazy food experience. No holds barred. Holding a six-year stint as the Executive Chef and Head Wine Educator of New York Vintners, one of New York's most popular food and wine destinations, Chef Ryan has just come back from a 16-month residency in London. Now that he is back in New York City, he is ready to share his experiences from Europe and continue to do what he loves doing most - creating epic experiences around food and wine.
